VOS.app provides two content creation tools — SlideForge and Viral B-rolls — that process media files from your Google Drive to generate video content. The service requires a Google account and access to Google Drive and Google Sheets.
You must be at least 18 years old to use VOS.app. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. The service is intended for business use by content creators and brand operators.
Access to VOS.app is granted on an invitation or purchase basis. We reserve the right to grant or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

VOS.app connects to Google Drive and Google Sheets on your behalf. By using the service you confirm that you have the rights to process the content stored in your Google Drive through our service. We are not responsible for any changes Google makes to its APIs that may affect service functionality.
Videos generated using VOS.app using your own source content remain your property. We claim no ownership over content you create using the service. The VOS.app software, interface, and underlying technology remain the property of Virality on Scale.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Free tier usage is subject to the video creation limits stated on our pricing page.
We aim to keep VOS.app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virality on Scale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virality on Scale from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
