VOS.app is operated by Virality on Scale. We provide content creation software accessible at app.viralityonscale.com. For privacy inquiries, contact us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

Account data: When you sign in with Google or create an email/password account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.

Google Drive and Sheets access: When you connect your Google Drive, we access video files, image folders, and Google Sheets content that you explicitly select within the app. We do not store this content on our servers permanently — files are downloaded temporarily for processing and deleted immediately after your video is created and uploaded back to your Drive.

Usage data: We track how many videos you have processed to enforce plan limits.

Payment data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. How we use your data

To authenticate you and provide access to the app
To process your videos using our servers
To enforce your plan's video creation limits
To send transactional emails related to your account
To improve the app based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Google API data

Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only request the Drive and Sheets scopes necessary to perform the functions you initiate
We do not share your Google data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (our internal processing servers)
We do not use your Google data for advertising
Temporary files downloaded from your Drive are deleted immediately after processing is complete

5. Data storage

Your account information is stored in our database, hosted in the European Union. Temporary video processing occurs on our servers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

As a user, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Temporary processing files are deleted immediately after each job completes.

We use multiple third party services that support us in keeping and maintaining the app running correctly and each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

9. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app.
